Q. What is the process for dumpster rental?
A. You call us, we’ll help you pick the dumpster size you need and we’ll work out a drop off day and time. We drop it off, you fill it then we pick it up when you’re finished.
Q. How can I pay?
A. Cash or checks or Venmo (@Bubs-Disposal) are preferred. We’ll send you an invoice and you pay upon receipt or you can pay when we drop the dumpster off. If you go over the weight agreed upon we’ll call you to collect payment by credit card on any extra tonnage, or it will be stated on your invoice.
Q. Is there anything I can’t put in the dumpster?
A. Do not put anything that is flammable, toxic or hazardous in the dumpster. Click here for a more detailed list of prohibited items.
Q. What dumpster sizes can I rent?
A. We have 20 yard dumpsters and 30 yard dumpster available.
Q. How do I load the dumpster?
A. Just throw your things in, but do not fill it higher than the top of the dumpster. Do not let anything hang over the sides or stick up above the height of the top rim. This is because the dumpster has to be covered at pick-up.
Q. Do I have to be there when my dumpster is delivered or picked up?
A. You don’t have to be there when the dumpster is dropped off unless you have specific instructions on where you need the dumpster placed that you can’t describe over the phone. You don’t need to be there for pick up either.
Q. Do I need a permit for a dumpster?
A. You will only need a permit if your dumpster will be located on a street or other public property.
Q. How much does it cost to rent a dumpster?
A. Dumpster rental costs vary based on the size of the dumpster. We charge a fixed rate for the dumpster including a certain number of tons, any weight over the allotted amount will cost and additional $35 per ton. Please call for more specific pricing.
