Every dumpster rental in Utah runs on flat-rate pricing. No per-ton overage on residential bins. Just the rental fee, the included tonnage allowance, and a clear surcharge structure if you push past limits.
15 Yard Roll-Off
The smallest residential roll-off in our lineup. Fits roughly 4-5 pickup truck loads of debris. Driveway-friendly footprint, low side walls make loading easy without a ramp.

20 Yard Roll-Off
The most popular residential and light-commercial size. Holds roughly 6 pickup truck loads. Hits the sweet spot for midrange remodels and standard reroofs without going to the 30 yard.
Kitchen and bath remodels, basement finishes, midsize attic clearances, standard residential reroofs (2,000-2,500 sqft), small construction projects.
30 Yard Roll-Off
The largest residential and standard commercial roll-off. Holds roughly 9-10 pickup truck loads. The go-to for whole-home gut renovations, large tear-offs, and demolition jobs.
Whole-house remodels and gut renovations, large estate cleanouts, full roof tear-offs (3,000+ sqft), construction debris on multi-week jobs, large commercial cleanouts.
30 yard dumpsters can come with a cover. Some HOA communities require it. Covers also help prevent theft and stop strangers from illegally dumping or pulling items out of your bin. If you want one, just call or text and we will spec the bin with a cover.
