Bubs Disposal started in 2015 as a one-truck operation in Salt Lake City. Bubba had spent 11 years as a Utah firefighter paramedic, and he kept hearing the same complaint from neighbors, contractors, and friends: the disposal companies never picked up the phone, never showed up on time, and never gave a straight answer on price.

So he bought a truck, painted it navy and orange, and started solving that problem one driveway at a time. The phone went straight to him. The truck arrived when he said it would. The price on the invoice matched the quote on the call. That was the whole pitch.

Ten-plus years later, Bubs Disposal is still family-owned, still based in Salt Lake City, and still the only disposal company in Utah where the owner answers the phone. We now run a six-bin lineup of roll-off dumpsters, portable toilets, concrete washout pans, bulk material delivery, and recycling routing, with a small crew that knows every customer by name.

The promise is the same as it was on day one. One call. One owner. One straightforward bill.
