Cleanout Dumpsters Utah | Family-Owned Since 2015

Dumpster Rentals
for Cleanouts.
15, 20 or 30 Yard.

Dumpster rentals for garage cleanouts, home cleanouts and everything in between. Most cleanouts fit a 15 or 20 yard bin. Some HOAs require a covered bin, and we have those too. Delivered across the Wasatch Front and Back.

Family-Owned. Utah-Local. Direct to Facility.

Garage, basement, or whole house.

It depends on the size of the job. A single garage or one room usually fits a 15 yard. A basement, an attic, or a full house move-out usually wants a 20. Whole-house and estate cleanouts want the 30. Tell us what you are clearing and we will tell you the size in about a minute.

Old furniture, boxes nobody opened since the last move, the exercise bike, half a garage of paint cans that have to go somewhere else. We will tell you straight what goes in the bin and what does not.

You do not need to be home for the drop-off. Mark the spot with a stake or text us a photo of it. Standard rental is 5 days, which covers most cleanouts with room to spare, and if you need it longer just call.

Why Utah keeps calling Bubs Disposal.

Need a lid on it? Some HOAs and areas require the bin to be covered. Our 30 yard dumpsters come in a covered option for HOAs, downtown spots, and busy sites.

Cleanouts

Some of the jobs that we help with.

Different cleanouts fill a bin differently. Here is how we usually size them.

JOB 01

Garage, Basement and Attic Cleanouts

Old furniture, boxes, broken tools, carpet, the exercise bike. A single garage fits a 15 yard. Basements usually want the 20.

Attics are the exception. Insulation and old decorations are light and bulky, so you run out of room long before you run out of weight. Size those by volume, not by tonnage.

JOB 02

Moveouts and Estate Cleanouts

Clearing what you are not taking with you. A 20 yard covers most houses, and it beats paying a mover to haul it to the next place.

When you are clearing a family member’s home, the last thing you need is a logistics problem. We drop the bin where you want it and pick it up when you are done. Take the full 5 days.

JOB 03

HOA Jobs, Rentals and Property Turnovers

Whatever the last tenant left behind, out in one load. We can usually get a bin there fast and we tell you straight whether it is today or tomorrow.

Some HOAs and downtown addresses require the bin to be covered. Our 30 yard comes with a cover, so the job does not stall waiting on an approval.

JOB 04

Foreclosure, Eviction and Hoarder Cleanouts

A foreclosure cleanout or a property cleanout after an eviction is usually one heavy load of whatever got left behind. Realtor, property manager or REO asset manager? Give us the address and we will get a bin there.

We take hoarder jobs too, and the condition of the place changes nothing about whether we show up. What matters is what goes in the bin, not what the house looks like. We are not a cleaning crew and we are not a hazmat company, so the sorting and the carrying is on you or your crew. We bring the container and we haul it away.

See your job up there? Give us the address and we will get a bin on the schedule.
What Fits + What Doesn’t

Most household junk is fine.

What we take ✓

  • Furniture, mattresses, carpet, padding
  • Boxes, clothes, toys, general household junk
  • Cabinets, doors, countertops, fixtures
  • Estate cleanout contents
  • Yard waste (branches, sod, soil, landscape rock)
  • Appliances, washers, dryers, water heaters
  • Fridges, freezers and AC units, once a licensed tech drains the refrigerant
  • Scrap metal (we route it to the scrap recycler, not the landfill)

What we don’t take ✗

  • Hazardous waste, chemicals, solvents, paint thinner
  • Wet paint, lacquer, stain and varnish
  • Asbestos and contaminated soil
  • Tires (separate disposal required)
  • Batteries (auto, lithium, lead-acid)
  • Gas, diesel, propane and other fuels
  • Medical waste and sharps
  • Oils, railroad ties and industrial drums

The full list, with where to take each item instead, is on our prohibited items page. Not sure about something? Just ask. A thirty second phone call beats a contamination fee.

Spring and Fall

Does your city come get this stuff?

Some Utah cities run a spring and fall cleanup where they will take couches, mattresses, furniture and yard waste right off the curb. Plenty of cities do not, and several that do will not touch remodel or construction debris. Double-check with your local government before you plan around it.

If they will not come get it, or they will not take what you have got, that is what we are for. We drop a dumpster in your driveway, you fill it on your own schedule, and we haul it. No trailer, no repeat trips to the landfill, no finding out at the gate that they will not accept your load.

Spring cleaning and fall cleanup go in the same bin. For a big yard or storm cleanup, ask about a green waste dumpster.

A Real Job: West Jordan

One bin for the whole cul-de-sac.

A street in West Jordan, over by Glover Nursery, ran a cleanup day. A few neighbors went in on one 30 yard covered dumpster. We set it in a driveway in the middle of the cul-de-sac and the whole street cleared out into it. We have run the same play for scrap metal, for regular trash and for green waste.

Splitting one bin across a few houses costs each family less than everybody renting their own, and it is one delivery instead of four. If your street wants to run a cleanup day, call and we will help you size it.

Common Questions

Cleanout questions, answered.

What size dumpster do I need for a garage cleanout?
A single garage usually fits a 15 yard. If you are clearing a basement, an attic, or a whole house, go with the 20 yard. Tell us what is in there and we will size it on the phone in about a minute.
How long can I keep it?
Standard rental is 5 days, which covers most cleanouts with room to spare. Need it longer? Just call and we will extend it.
What if it fills up before the job is done?
Call or text us. We can extend your rental, or bring a second dumpster. A second dumpster is a second paid rental, so if you are stuck between two sizes, go bigger.
Do I need to be home when you drop it off?
No. Mark the spot with a stake or text us a photo of it and the driver puts it there. Same for pickup.
What can’t go in the dumpster?
Hazardous waste, chemicals, wet paint, tires, batteries, fuels and a few others. The full list, with where to take each one instead, is on our prohibited items page.
Can I throw a fridge or a freezer in it?
Only after the refrigerant is drained. Fridges, freezers and AC units need a licensed tech to remove the refrigerant first. Once that is done, the unit can usually go in. Call to confirm. More on our prohibited items page.
What happens if I go over the weight?
Your allowance is included: 1 ton on the 15 yard, 2 tons on the 20, 3 tons on the 30. Over that it is $49 a ton. If you are stuck between two sizes, go bigger. An extra ton costs $49, and a second bin costs a whole second rental.
My HOA says the bin has to be covered. Do you have those?
Yes. Our 30 yard comes in a covered option for HOAs, downtown spots, and busy sites, so the job does not stall waiting on an approval.
Can I put a mattress or furniture in it?
Yes. Mattresses, box springs, couches, dressers and the rest of it go straight in. That is most of what a house cleanout actually is.
Is a dumpster cheaper than junk removal?
Usually, if you are willing to load it yourself. A junk removal crew charges for the labor and the haul. With a dumpster you are paying for the container and the disposal, and the loading is yours. If you would rather not touch any of it, hire a crew. If you are already doing the work, take the bin.
Do you work with junk removal and cleanout companies?
Yes. If you run a junk removal outfit, a cleaning crew or an estate clearing business, we are the disposal side of it. Regular bins on your schedule and Net 30 invoicing for trade accounts. You do the job, we handle the disposal.
Can I put yard waste in with my cleanout?
Small amounts, yes. For a big yard or storm cleanup, ask for a green waste dumpster so the load goes to compost instead of the landfill.
