We drop the dumpster. You or your crew load it. We haul it away. Bubs Disposal is the disposal side for junk removal companies, cleaning crews and property managers, and the cheaper way to do it yourself. We do not send a crew to carry anything out.
Is a dumpster cheaper than junk removal?
Usually, if you are willing to load it yourself. A junk removal crew charges for the labor and the haul. With a dumpster you pay for the container and the disposal, and the loading is yours.
You also get time. Standard rental is 5 days, so you can fill it over a weekend or a few evenings after work. If you need it longer, just text or call us to extend.
If you would rather not touch any of it, hire a crew. If you run that crew, we are your disposal.

What size junk dumpster do I need?
Each bin comes with a weight allowance: 1 ton on the 15 yard, 2 tons on the 20, 3 tons on the 30. If you go over the included weight, it is $49 a ton.
A single room, a small garage, or one focused purge.
A garage plus a few rooms, a basement, or a rental turnover.
A full estate, a whole-home cleanout, or a crew running several jobs into one bin.
Crews who haul junk, and people who would rather do it themselves
Either way, the bin is the same and so is the rule: we drop it and haul it, the loading is on you.
Junk Removal Companies and Cleaning Crews
You do the carrying. We are the disposal side of it. A bin on site saves your truck the trips to the landfill, so the crew stays on the job.
Trade accounts get Net 30 invoicing. Tell us your schedule and we will keep bins coming.
Estate Clearing Outfits and Property Managers
Estate sales, rental turnovers, foreclosures and evictions. Give us the address and we will get a bin there. The condition of the place does not matter. What goes in the bin does.
You do not need to be on site for the drop-off. Mark the spot or text us a photo of it.
Doing It Yourself
Garage, basement, attic or a whole house. You load it on your own time, and nobody bills you by the hour while they carry.
Just know what you are signing up for: we do not come inside and we do not load the bin. If that is the part you want to skip, a junk removal crew is the right call.

- Hazardous waste, chemicals, solvents, paint thinner
- Wet paint, lacquer, stain and varnish
- Asbestos and contaminated soil
- Tires (separate disposal required)
- Batteries (auto, lithium, lead-acid)
- Gas, diesel, propane and other fuels
- Medical waste and sharps
- Oils, railroad ties and industrial drums
