The Big Washouts

A washout bin built for the big pours

The 7 and 11 yard are roll-offs. They arrive on the truck, get dropped where you point, and get hauled away like a dumpster. Some crews call them washout bins or washout dumpsters. Same thing.

They are built for commercial slabs, multi-family foundations and long pour days, when a pan would fill too soon.

Both roll-offs work with pump trucks. Tell us the rig when you book and we will check the boom reach.

Why Utah keeps calling Bubs Disposal

Smaller pour? Our 1.5 and 2.5 yard washout pans fit driveways and tight residential sites.
Sizes + Specs

Two roll‑offs, two pans. Pick your washout

Both are 8 feet wide. The 11 yard is 4 feet longer and holds about 60 to 80 rinses. Rinse counts are estimates. They depend on water use, how many chutes, the mix and the operator.

Size by Job

Which washout roll‑off for your job

Here is how we usually size the commercial jobs we see most.

JOB 01

Commercial Slabs and Parking Lots

A commercial slab or a parking lot pour usually starts with the 7 yard.

Lots of trucks, or a pour that runs all day? Take the 11.

JOB 02

Continuous and Multi‑Floor Pours

When the pour cannot stop for a swap, take the 11 yard. It is the biggest washout we have, at about 60 to 80 rinses.

Book 2 to 3 days ahead so it is on site before the first truck.

JOB 03

Utility and Infrastructure Work

Utility, road and infrastructure jobs run for weeks. Text us when the roll-off is full and we swap it or pull it.

Need dumpsters or porta potties on the same site? One call covers it.

JOB 04

Long Projects and Trade Accounts

Multi-week and multi-month projects get recurring swaps on a schedule.

Contractors get Net 30 invoicing on a trade account. Ask for one on the first call.

What You Get + What We Won’t Do

What comes with every roll‑off

Every roll‑off ✓

  • Dropped where you point
  • Chute and pump truck rinse-off
  • Concrete and rebar both OK
  • Swapped or pulled when it is full
  • Hardened concrete crushed into road base
  • Net 30 on trade accounts

What we won’t do ✗

  • Landfill your concrete
  • Charge extra for normal rebar
  • Leave travel off your quote
  • Work Sundays (text anyway, you are first on Monday’s route)

Same site, same call: dumpsters, portable toilets and material deliveries come from us too. Just ask.

Where Your Washout Goes

Crushed into road base, never landfilled

When the roll-off is full and the concrete has hardened, we haul it off. The concrete gets crushed into road base. It does not go to the landfill.

Leave the rebar in. Normal rebar from a washout has no surcharge. If a load runs heavy on rebar, there is an $85 surcharge.

Want the whole trip? Here is where your concrete goes after pickup.

Common Questions

Washout roll‑off questions, answered

What size concrete washout bin do I need?
The 7 yard handles about 40 to 55 chute rinses. The 11 yard handles about 60 to 80. Those are estimates, since water use, the number of chutes, the mix and the operator all change it. Call or text 801-230-5045 with your pour and we will help you pick.
How big is a concrete washout roll‑off?
The 7 yard is 8 feet by 16 feet. The 11 yard is 8 feet by 20 feet.
What is the difference between a washout roll‑off and a washout pan?
Roll-offs come on the truck like a dumpster and handle bigger commercial pours. Pans are smaller and set in place by our crane, so they fit tight and residential sites. Here are our 1.5 and 2.5 yard washout pans.
Can a pump truck wash out into a roll‑off?
Yes. Both roll-offs work with pump trucks. Tell us the rig when you book so we can check the boom reach.
Can rebar go in a washout roll‑off?
Yes. Concrete and rebar are both OK, and there is no surcharge for normal rebar. If a load runs heavy on rebar, there is an $85 surcharge.
How much does a concrete washout dumpster cost?
It is priced by size, and delivery, pickup and hauling to the crusher are included. Your quote is calculated for your exact address, travel included, so the number you get is the number you pay. Call or text 801-230-5045 for yours.
How fast can you deliver a roll‑off?
Same-day is often possible. Next business day is standard. For a scheduled pour, book 2 to 3 days ahead. Sundays we are off, but text anyway and you are first on Monday’s route.
Can you swap it mid‑project?
Yes. Text us when it is full and we swap it or pull it. Multi-week and multi-month projects can get recurring swaps on a schedule.
Does a washout roll‑off help with my SWPPP?
Yes. The roll-off keeps slurry contained, off the ground and out of storm drains. Log the washout in your SWPPP. The rules for your own site come from the state or your city. Our page on why you need a concrete washout explains how it fits together.
What happens to the concrete after pickup?
It gets crushed into road base, never landfilled. More on our concrete recycling page.
Do you offer Net 30 for contractors?
Yes. Trade accounts get Net 30 invoicing. Mention it when you call or in the notes on the quote form.
