One Crew, Start to Finish

The people who drop it off are the people who clean it.

We do not hand your site to a subcontractor. The same Bubs crew delivers your units, services them on schedule, and picks them up when the job is done. If something is wrong, you call one number and talk to the people doing the work.

Every service visit is the same: pump the tank, disinfect the inside, clean the seat and walls, and restock toilet paper and hand sanitizer.

Crew getting bigger or smaller? Add or pull units with a phone call as the job changes.

Why Utah keeps calling Bubs Disposal.

How Many Units

The legal minimum, and what we recommend.

These are two different numbers. OSHA sets the floor. We recommend 1 unit per 10 workers, because a crew standing in line is paid time.

LEGAL MINIMUM

20 or fewer workers1 toilet
More than 201 toilet + 1 urinal per 40
200 or more1 toilet + 1 urinal per 50
What it is

WHAT WE RECOMMEND

Why

Shorter lines, cleaner units between visits. A crew of 20 is legal with 1 unit. We would send 2.

Job Sites

Some of the sites we set up.

New builds, remodels, demo and public projects. Here is how they usually go.

SITE 01

Construction, Demo and Site Work

We set units where the crew can reach them and where our truck can still get in to service them. Tell us where the work is and where the gate is.

As the job moves, the units can move too. Call and we will shift them.

SITE 02

Government and Public Projects

At the Fairmont Aquatic Center in downtown Salt Lake City, we supplied restrooms for the crew and a dumpster on the same job.

We also run dumpsters on big developments, like the America First Field projects in Sandy. One company for the toilets and the dumpsters means one number to call when something changes.

SITE 03

Winter Job Sites

OSHA does not take the winter off, and neither do we. Winterized units use antifreeze in the tank so the system keeps working in deep cold.

We service them more often in cold weather. Heated units are something to ask about early, since winter availability is tighter.

SITE 04

Remote and Hard-to-Reach Sites

We’ll go where others won’t. Up a canyon, off the pavement, behind a locked gate: say so when you call and we will tell you straight how we get there.

Remote sites cost more to reach, and we do not hide that. Your quote is calculated for your exact address, travel included, so the number you get is the number you pay.

What You Get + What We Won’t Do

Clean units on a schedule.

Every service visit ✓

  • Pump the holding tank
  • Disinfect the inside
  • Clean the seat and walls
  • Restock toilet paper
  • Refill hand sanitizer
  • Units cleaned between rentals

What we won’t do ✗

  • Hand your site to a subcontractor
  • Size your site to the bare legal minimum
  • Leave travel off your quote
  • Work Sundays (text anyway, you are first on Monday’s route)

Unit types: standard units, ADA units, hand wash stations, containment trays, light haulers and trailer-mounted restrooms. Not sure what the site needs? Just ask.

Billing for Contractors

Net 30 on trade accounts.

Contractors get Net 30 invoicing on trade accounts. Mention it when you call or on the quote form and we will set it up.

Units are billed monthly. Bi-weekly service is $165 a month per unit and weekly service is $195. ADA units, hand wash stations and trailer-mounted units are quoted per project.

Your quote is calculated for your exact address, travel included, so the number you get is the number you pay.

We keep it simple: one call that handles it all.

Most sites need more than toilets. Dumpsters, concrete washouts, hand wash stations and material deliveries all come from the same company and the same phone number.

Where We Deliver

Common Questions

Questions supers actually ask.

How many porta potties do I need for my job site?
We recommend 1 unit per 10 workers. That is more than the law asks for. The OSHA minimum is 1 toilet for 20 or fewer workers, then 1 toilet and 1 urinal per 40 workers above that. Our porta potty calculator does the math for you.
How often do the units get serviced?
It depends on how many people use each unit. Under 10 daily users is bi-weekly. 10 or more is weekly. That is a different ten from our 1 unit per 10 workers rule, which sets how many units you need. Every visit is a pump, a disinfect and a restock of paper and sanitizer.
How much does a job site porta potty cost?
A standard unit is $165 a month on bi-weekly service or $195 a month on weekly service. ADA units, hand wash stations and trailer-mounted units are quoted per project. Your quote is calculated for your exact address, travel included, so the number you get is the number you pay.
Do you offer Net 30?
Yes. Trade accounts get Net 30 invoicing. Mention it when you call or in the notes on the quote form and we will set it up.
Do you use subcontractors?
No. The same crew delivers and services your units. If something is off, you talk to the people who were just there.
How fast can you get units out?
Same-day delivery on most addresses. Call or text 801-230-5045 and we will tell you straight. Sundays we are off, but text anyway and you are first on Monday’s route.
Do I need an ADA unit?
Where accessible units are required, the 2010 ADA Standards call for at least 5 percent, and at least one per cluster. Per cluster means units set in three spots need an accessible unit at each spot. Accessible units carry the International Symbol of Accessibility. We rent ADA units, and our ADA requirements guide covers the details.
Do I need a hand wash station?
It depends on the work, not the toilet. OSHA 1926.51(f) calls for washing facilities when crews work with paints, coatings, herbicides, insecticides or other harmful contaminants. We rent hand wash stations either way.
Do you service job sites in winter?
Yes. Winterized units use antifreeze so the tank keeps working, and we service them more often in cold weather. Ask early about heated units, since winter availability is tighter. More on our winter job site page.
Can I add or move units mid-job?
Yes. Scale up or down as your crew changes. Call and we will add, pull or move units.
